Starting PositionExecution

Starting Position

  • put a barbell or broomstick on your upper back
  • adhere the tool at its ends
  • the legs are shoulder width opened
  • bend the upper body forward until it is about parallel to the ground
  • the legs are slightly bent and the back straight
  • look to the ground

Correct Execution

  • turn the upper body to one side, do not let the tool touch the ground
  • if you are able to turn the upper body a bit more, lift the upper body a bit to increase the range of motion
  • turn the upper body to the other side
  • the lower body does not move
  • repeat this movement often
