General And Specifics

Starting Position

  • your feet are hip width apart
  • bend the knees a bit, there is some tension on the thighs now
  • lift the heels, you are on your balls during the whole exercise
  • you can stretch out the arms in front of you

Correct Execution

  • lift and lower the feet as if you were standing on a hot spot, trying not to get burned
  • the feet lift off the ground only a few inches
  • beim Aufsetzen darauf achten, weich auf den Fußballen zu landen
  • hold the body upright
  • do this for 20-60 seconds

tip for the workout

  • to impede it, wrap weight cuffs around your ankles
