Starting PositionExecution

Starting Position

  • fold a towel and hold it a little wider than shoulder width in front of your chest
  • the arms are stretched, bring tension on the towel
  • stand upright

Correct Execution

  • pull the towel ends apart with strength
  • at the same time, bend the arms and guide the towel to the target area: upper abs to lower chest
  • afterwards, stretch the arms again, do not lose the tension in the towel
  • do this several times
