      Starting Position
- fold a towel and hold it a little wider than shoulder width in front of your chest
- the arms are stretched, bring tension on the towel
- stand upright
Correct Execution
- pull the towel ends apart with strength
- at the same time, bend the arms and guide the towel to the target area: upper abs to lower chest
- afterwards, stretch the arms again, do not lose the tension in the towel
