Starting Position
- stand upright or sit down on a chair
- bend the arms and guide the palms together in front of your chest
- the elbows point outwards
Correct Execution
- push the hands together with strength
- hold the tension for 10-15 seconds, keep breathing
- slowly take back the tension and pause shortly
- do several reps then
