Starting Position
- grasp a towel, hold it in the middle with bent arms
- now lift the arms up above your head, the forearms are parallel to the ground
- the other end of the towel is held by your partner
- your hands are directly behind your head
- the elbows point to the ceiling
- the feet are hip width apart
- hold the upper body upright
Correct Execution
- while your partner increases the resistance, you try to stretch out your arms
