Starting PositionExecution

Starting Position

  • stand up straight
  • your back is straight, too
  • the legs are hip width opened

Correct Execution

  • angle one leg and grasp the foot with your hand
  • hold the foot, while you try to guide it down
  • the thighs are parallel to each other
  • do not arch the lower back
  • switch the sides and repeat
