      Starting Position
- stand up straight
- your back is straight, too
- the legs are hip width opened
Correct Execution
- angle one leg and grasp the foot with your hand
- hold the foot, while you try to guide it down
- the thighs are parallel to each other
- do not arch the lower back
- switch the sides and repeat
