Starting Position
- grasp one end of the resistance band with one hand
- step on the other end with both feet
- the arm hangs down, bend it a bit
- the palm of the hand point to your body
- the feet are hip width apart, your posture is upright
Correct Execution
- guide the arm up in a bow, until it forms a line with your shoulders
- anfterwards, bring it back down again
- repeat several times on one side without gaining momentum
- then change sides and repeat again
tip for the workout
- you can also train both sides at the same time if you step on the middle of the band and grasp one end with each hand
- then do the exercise as described above
