  • this exercise strengthens your forearms and grip power

Starting Position

  • put a towel into a bucket with water and let it become completely wet (it also works without water)

Correct Execution

  • wring the towel as much as possible with both hands
  • dip the towel into the water again and wring it in the opposite direction

tip for the workout

  • if you move your stretched out arms up and down during the exercise, your shoulders are required additionally
  • alternatively you can just stretch out your arms in front of your body
