      General And Specifics
- this stretching exericse is an alternative to the strength exercise Lunge
 - improves the flexibility in the lower back area, hip and hamstrings
 
Starting Position
- begin in the Push-up position
 - your back is straight
 - the arms are stretched, the hands right below the shoulders
 - your body forms a line from head to heel
 
Correct Execution
- bring one foot forward and place it outwards next to the hand (left foot next to the left hand, same with the right side)
 - lower the hip a bit to intensify the stetching
 - hold this position for 15 to 20 seconds
 - the hands always have contact to the floor
 - afterwards, bring the leg back to the starting position and repeat the motion with the other one
