Starting Position
- sit down in the middle of the gym ball
Correct Execution
- lean back slowly and walk forward with your feet a bit, until your back is completely on the ball
- move your stretched arms above the head
- depending on your fitness level you can touch the ground with your fingers
- hold this position for a few seconds
- come back to the starting position
