Starting Position

  • sit down in the middle of the gym ball

Correct Execution

  • lean back slowly and walk forward with your feet a bit, until your back is completely on the ball
  • move your stretched arms above the head
  • depending on your fitness level you can touch the ground with your fingers
  • hold this position for a few seconds
  • come back to the starting position
