Starting Position
- stand up straight
- the legs are shoulder width open
- bend the knees a bit
- both hands behind the head
- elbows point forward
Correct Execution
- keep holding the hands to head and guide the elbows back slowly
- keep the back straight
- do not push the head forward with your hands
- hold the contraction for a few seconds
