Starting Position

  • stand up straight
  • the legs are shoulder width open
  • bend the knees a bit
  • both hands behind the head
  • elbows point forward

Correct Execution

  • keep holding the hands to head and guide the elbows back slowly
  • keep the back straight
  • do not push the head forward with your hands
  • hold the contraction for a few seconds
