Starting PositionExecution

Starting Position

  • place the right and on your head
  • tilt the head to the right and the chin to the chest a bit
  • bent the other arm behind your back or adhere to the seat area

Correct Execution

  • pull the head to the right shoulder with your hand, until you feel a stretching
  • move the other arm down or adhere to the chair
  • hold the stretching for 15-20 seconds
  • switch sides and repeat
