      Starting Position
- place the right and on your head
- tilt the head to the right and the chin to the chest a bit
- bent the other arm behind your back or adhere to the seat area
Correct Execution
- pull the head to the right shoulder with your hand, until you feel a stretching
- move the other arm down or adhere to the chair
- hold the stretching for 15-20 seconds
- switch sides and repeat
