Starting PositionExecution

Starting Position

  • knee on the ground a bit farer away in front of your chosen tool
  • place your elbows on it
  • the palms of the hands point to each other
  • hold the upper body upright

Correct Execution

  • move the body towards your feet while the elbows stick to the seat area of the chair
  • you can go into a slight hollow-back
  • stretch the lats for about 15-20 seconds
