Starting Position
- knee on the ground a bit farer away in front of your chosen tool
- place your elbows on it
- the palms of the hands point to each other
- hold the upper body upright
Correct Execution
- move the body towards your feet while the elbows stick to the seat area of the chair
- you can go into a slight hollow-back
- stretch the lats for about 15-20 seconds
