Starting Position
- stand up straight
- place one foot one step ahead
- the tiptoes point forward
- the feet are parallel
- legs are bent a little
Correct Execution
- support the hands on the thighs or hold them at the hips
- push the pelvis forward
- the heel of the rear leg remains on the ground
- hold the position for a few seconds
