Starting Position

  • stand up straight
  • place one foot one step ahead
  • the tiptoes point forward
  • the feet are parallel
  • legs are bent a little

Correct Execution

  • support the hands on the thighs or hold them at the hips
  • push the pelvis forward
  • the heel of the rear leg remains on the ground
  • hold the position for a few seconds
