Starting Position
- the feet are placed hip width apart on the ground
- stand up with straight back
- guide one hand to the back in the area between the shoulder blades
- your elbow points to the ceiling
Correct Execution
- grasp the elbow with the other hand
- pull it in direction to the head
- do not tilt the head forward, always hold it in extension to the spine
- hold this for about 20 seconds
- go on to the other side
