Starting PositionExecution

Starting Position

  • stand up with straight back
  • the feet are placed hip width apart

Correct Execution

  • angle one leg and grasp the foot with the hand on the same side
  • pull the foot in direction to the glutes as far as possible
  • do not pull the hip up
  • do not roll the lower back
  • hold the position for 15-20 seconds
  • stretch the other leg, too
