Starting Position
- stand up with straight back
- the feet are placed hip width apart
Correct Execution
- angle one leg and grasp the foot with the hand on the same side
- pull the foot in direction to the glutes as far as possible
- do not pull the hip up
- do not roll the lower back
- hold the position for 15-20 seconds
- stretch the other leg, too
