Starting Position
- stand next to a door frame sideways, your stretched out hand touches it, the other hand rests on the hip
- the palm of the stretched out hand points down
- arm and upper body are in a 90 degree angle
- your upper body is upright and your head in extension to the spine
Correct Execution
- turn the body away from your arm
- put the foot, which is below the angled arm, a bit in front of the other, this makes the stretching more effective
- hold the biceps stretch for 20 seconds and switch sides
