General And Specifics
- the focus of this free weights exercise is set on the chest
Starting Position
- the back rest of the bench is set to 30 to 40 degrees
- pick up two dumbbells
- sit down onto the bench
- hold the dumbbells in shoulder-height
- push your back to the cushion
- do not bend the wrists
Correct Execution
- push up the weights above your upper chest
- do not fully stretch the elbows, otherwise they are strained too much
- avoid a hollow-back
- let the weights sink down again slowly
