Starting Position

  • stand up with the back against a wall for more stability
  • the legs are shoulder width open
  • back is straight
  • rest the hands in the hips
  • the toes point forward

Correct Execution

  • lift the leading part of your feet as much as possible
  • the heels remain on the ground
  • hold this position for a few seconds
  • let the tiptoes sink down and repeat
