Starting PositionExecution

Starting Position

  • stand upright or sit down on a chair
  • bend the arms and guide the palms together in front of your chest
  • the elbows point outwards

Correct Execution

  • push the hands together with strength
  • hold the tension for 10-15 seconds, keep breathing
  • slowly take back the tension and pause shortly
  • do several reps then
